Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Economy shipping: 3–5 business days after processing.
- Free shipping on orders over $40. Orders under $40 ship for a flat rate starting at $5.
- Faster Standard shipping is available at checkout from $9.99.
Order Tracking
A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Address Issues & Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help investigate.
